What You Will Do

Continuously review and improve coating processes, focusing on efficiency and quality.

Develop and manage process documentation, including PFMEA, work instructions, and Control Plans.

Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) teams across all manufacturing aspects.

Support new product introductions with a strong focus on coating technologies.

Conduct operator training and implement cost reduction methods.

Support quality engineering in defect investigation and root cause resolution.

Essential experience in lacquering and knowledge of solvent-based coatings.

A minimum of a graduate degree in chemistry, physical science, life science, or engineering.

At least 3 years of experience in a Chemical Engineering role, with a proven track record in manufacturing.

Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in mathematics, and a ‘Can do’ attitude.

Desirable skills include experience with aluminizing, robot programming, and PLC architecture understanding.
