What You Will Do:
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and cost control to keep financial performance on track.
- Lead and coordinate a team of 8-10 staff across project coordination, design, estimating, compliance, marketing, and administration.
- Administer and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, supporting audits, document control, and continuous improvement.
- Support health and safety administration, including training records, incident logs, and coordination of risk assessments and contractor competency.
What You Will Bring:
- A strong grounding in finance operations, with AAT or equivalent experience, and study toward ACCA/CIMA advantageous.
- Experience coordinating or leading small teams, or clear leadership potential within an office environment.
- Confidence working with compliance frameworks, with training available for ISO systems and process embedding.
