The ideal candidate will be an experienced Vehicle Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, Mechanical Fitter, HGV/PSV Technician, or Defence/Military Vehicle Fitter, bringing strong hands-on mechanical and diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work reliably within a fast-paced defence engineering environment.

Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on military vehicles and associated electrical systems.
Complete accurate documentation, test certificates, and maintenance reports.
Conduct equipment inspections to meet production, safety, and quality standards.
Use workshop tools correctly and report any defects or material issues.
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
Proven hands-on experience in a similar mechanical role – Ideal backgrounds: ex-forces, HGV/PSV, commercial dealerships, plant, agricultural machinery.
Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance (requires no criminal convictions + 5 years UK residency).
A targeted medical assessment may be required as part of the onboarding process.
