Are you a newly qualified Maintenance Engineer or an experienced Machine Operator looking for a role within Engineering? This company is seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join its dedicated team at a state-of-the-art facility in Brackley. Working within the Engineering team, you will work closely with an experienced Maintenance Engineer conducting routine and reactive maintenance on food process machinery.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Day & Nights - 12 hour Shifts.

Salary: Up to £30,708 plus Shift Allowance of £8,030 plus Benefits.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Optimising machinery output and product quality while minimising plant downtime through effective preventative maintenance and efficient breakdown response.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to minimise disruptions and ensure smooth factory operations.
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and engineering practices in line with company guidelines.
  • Following escalation procedures for unscheduled plant downtime and demonstrating problem-solving techniques to resolve issues efficiently.
