What You Will Do:
- Manage daily accounts receivables activities against collections strategies, ensuring priorities are met effectively.
- Work to minimise overdue invoice balances and oversee cash applications to customer accounts.
- Process claims and deductions promptly and accurately, maintaining a high standard of efficiency.
- Validate trade promotional claims from customers in line with targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Partner with sales teams to manage account ledgers and recover outstanding debts.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure claims are reconciled promptly and processes are adhered to.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a strong background in finance.
- Proficiency in SAP and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
