The Role

This is a hands-on planning role where you will play a key part in keeping our factory running smoothly. You will coordinate the flow of work and materials across departments, turning production schedules into action and ensuring priorities are clear, realistic, and delivered.

You will be the link between planning, production, and operations, making sure everyone is aligned and the plan stays on track, even when things change.

  • Reviewing MRP recommendations and issuing clear production work orders and delivery schedules
  • Communicating closely with production, line leaders, and support teams to ensure plans are achieved
  • Creating and managing production work orders for the entire factory

  • Strong working knowledge of MRP / ERP systems and production planning
  • A background in fabrication or similar manufacturing environments is highly desirable
  • Confident with numbers, data, and computer systems
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling changing priorities
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating to improve processes and ways of working
