What You Will Do:
- Lead global and local sourcing initiatives for retail signage, furniture, lighting, joinery, and other key elements.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Operations team to support the transformation of the retail environment to a modern luxury standard.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee contract negotiations to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Benchmark costs and develop strategic sourcing plans with a focus on sustainability.
- Drive project delivery and ensure all procurement activities align with the company’s vision and objectives.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience as a Buyer with strong expertise in procuring goods.
- Previous experience in Retail Procurement would be desirable.
- CIPS qualified.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with global colleagues and external suppliers.
- A flexible and agile approach to adapt to changing business needs.
- Understanding of category management principles and project management skills.
