Location: Telford

Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday)

Salary: Up to £34,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate equipment to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality procedures.
  • Perform software, measurement, and system functionality verification.
  • Analyse Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) results and support continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop and maintain validation procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support quality and validation objectives.

About You:

  • Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent experience (HNC desirable).
  • Knowledge of quality systems, parts inspection, measuring.
  • Experience using DTI gauges, gauge blocks, and geometric tolerance verification.
  • Ability to read engineering, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Current or recent experience as quality technician, quality inspector, CMM operator, systems engineer, mechanical build technician, validation technician.
