The Opportunity

As Quality Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating daily quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and leading a small team of quality personnel. Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a motivated and practical Quality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. You will ideally possess:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Engineering, or Quality Leadership position within manufacturing
  • Experience managing or supervising teams in a production, engineering, or factory environment
  • Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
  • Proven experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement methodologies
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use inspection and measuring equipment
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • A detail-oriented approach with a focus on maintaining high standards
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Operations
