2 x PRESS BRAKE SETTER OPERATORS NEEDED IN TELFORD (SHROPSHIRE)

Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator, Press Brake Setter or Press Brake Setter Operator looking for work in Telford? We are looking for 2 Press Brake Setter Operators to join a leading manufacturing business in the Stafford Park area of Telford. The working hours are 7.30am-4.30pm Mon-Thurs, and 6.00am-12.00pm on a Friday (39 hours per week), and the annual salary is up to £33,000 per annum (DOE) - hourly rate between £15.50 - £16.00 per hour.

The hiring manager is looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role.

What You Will Do:

  • Set and operate Amada press brake machines with precision and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure high-quality production.
  • Perform tool changes between jobs to maintain seamless operations.
  • Conduct quality checks using measuring equipment to meet exact specifications.
  • Work independently and unsupervised, showcasing your expertise and reliability.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace while adhering to health and safety standards.
