We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a vibrant and friendly team in Telford. What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be dealing with customers by telephone and email, providing support and making sure queries are resolved accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email
  • Providing a friendly, professional and efficient customer service
  • Managing customer account changes and amendments
  • Processing cancellations accurately and within required timescales
  • Explaining changes and information clearly to customers
  • Chasing outstanding documentation and information
  • Keeping customer records and internal systems accurate and up to date
  • Preparing and issuing relevant documentation and correspondence
  • Working closely with colleagues to resolve customer queries
  • Escalating more complex queries where appropriate

You will ideally have previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration, account handling, client services or a similar role. You will also have:
