What You Will Do
- Lead timely delivery of vehicle features and remove integration risks and blockers for the System Integration Project Lead Engineer remit.
- Align engineering domain delivery plans with programme milestones to keep readiness on track.
- Drive resolution of cross-functional integration issues, ensuring effective escalation where needed.
- Collaborate with programme planners and core engineering teams to keep plans coherent and achievable.
- Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and delivery glide paths that support informed decision-making.
- Consolidate stakeholder inputs into a clear view of feature availability and maturity, reporting KPIs and risks to stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
- Thorough understanding of the systems design lifecycle, from requirements definition and design reviews through system integration and assessment/acceptance.
- Demonstrated experience performing technical analysis and applying best-in-class engineering processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence delivery teams across engineering through clear, collaborative communication.

- Good working knowledge of Office 365, with comfort using modern tools to support reporting and coordination.
