SVO Attributes Integration Engineer – £33.98/hr (Umbrella Rate – Inside IR35)

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate with Attribute teams to set and ensure target compatibility across multiple vehicle programmes.
  • Manage the completion of all Attribute activities from project kick‑off through to final engineering completion.
  • Support the creation of Attribute targets through benchmarking and system requirements documentation.
  • Track delivery progress using panel chart management and report programme status against gateway timelines.
  • Collaborate with system and component teams to define and maintain cascaded target requirements.
  • Participate in programme sign‑off drives to ensure attributes are robustly demonstrated and validated.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven ability to use problem‑solving tools such as Root Cause Analysis and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
  • Experience in delivering customer‑facing automotive attributes and working with engineering planning processes.
