Production Planner to support our clients manufacturing and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of material and resource planning within a manufacturing environment. In return, a competitive salary is available, favourable working hours and opportunity to join a dynamic and successful business.
Hours: Days Mon – Fri, early finish on Friday
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop production schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams ensuring engineering, procurement and production, allow for material availability
- Responsible for work flow and resource planning
- Change schedules as required by internal and external changes
- Monitor production performance and identify potential issues ahead of time
Candidate Profile:
- Responsible for resource scheduling, allocation and planning materials, labour and equipment ensuring quality standards and time constraints are met
- Previous experience in a production planning or production scheduling role within a manufacturing environment is key
- Supply chain planning and production flow
- Current or recent experience will include, production scheduling, production planning, material planning, supply chain planning, ERP planning, MRP planning, application engineering, production engineer or resource planner
