What You Will Do: • Support an executive or a small team of executives with day-to-day office coordination as an Executive Assistant. • Prepare, edit, proof, format, and produce professional documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics with pace and professionalism. • Handle inbound telephone messages and ensure timely, appropriate relaying of information. • Obtain and organise information for conferences, speeches, and reports when requested. • Maintain confidentiality while handling business and personnel information as expected from a trusted Executive Assistant.
