What You Will Do:
- Support the Vibration Test Manager in ensuring the safety and functionality of the vibration test facility.
- Conduct daily operations and basic maintenance of the vibration test facility, including infrastructural and test specimen inspections.
- Generate and interpret operational control documentation and test documentation, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Analyse data generated by the rig, contributing to the rig’s continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with a team of Trials Engineers to deliver test results and analysis in line with project timelines.
- Suggest enhancements to the test process and facility in collaboration with the Vibration Test Manager.
What You Will Bring:
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Vibration analysis, including understanding Power Spectral Density curves and frequency analysis.
- Experience in writing technical reports and working within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new skills as projects evolve.
Desirable:
Understanding of armoured vehicle design and experience in the Military Land Equipment domain.
