A leading food manufacturer are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead a team of Reliability Engineers. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage a team of Reliability Engineers to optimise asset performance and ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including predictive and condition-based maintenance.
- Analyse performance data to identify root causes of equipment failures and eliminate downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate planned maintenance and improvement activities.
- Oversee compliance with safety, technical, and legislative standards, ensuring all contractor work meets required specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, championing reliability principles across the site.
What You Will Bring:
- HND or higher qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in reliability or maintenance leadership within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance systems, asset management, and performance metrics such as OEE.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and develop a team.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
