  • Drive supplier relationship management by developing performance frameworks, conducting regular reviews, and identifying opportunities for innovation and productivity improvements.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders, acting as a commercial advisor to senior leadership and supporting business case development.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial governance and auditing standards while promoting continuous improvements in category management maturity.
