What You Will Do:

  • Drive Strategic Category Plans and support annual reviews against agreed procurement targets.
  • Lead sourcing activities through the Global Sourcing Process (GSP), ensuring compliance and strong first-time-through results.
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations, securing approvals across legal, financial and governance requirements.
  • Deliver sourcing projects using Total Cost of Ownership principles, including Make vs Buy analysis and supply chain risk management.
  • Partner with specialist functions including Finance, Risk and Legal to improve contract management and supplier relationships.
  • Support continuous improvement and Category Centre of Excellence (COE) initiatives to deliver measurable transformation benefits.

What You Will Bring:

  • CIPS qualified/accredited, with proven end-to-end procurement experience across the procurement cycle.
  • Familiarity with construction procurement and contract forms such as JCT, NEC and FIDIC.
  • Experience working closely with operational stakeholders and understanding construction industry markets and supply chains.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation capability with complex stakeholders.
  • The ability to influence effectively, manage sourcing activity at pace, and deliver against KPI-driven goals.
