As a Retail Environment Senior Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how customers interact with vehicles in retailers worldwide. This is a 6-month maternity cover contract that offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working on an exciting project to redefine the retail corporate identity.
What You Will Do:
• Lead global and local sourcing initiatives for retail signage, furniture, lighting, joinery, and other key elements.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Operations team to support the transformation of the retail environment to a modern luxury standard.
• Manage supplier relationships and oversee contract negotiations to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Benchmark costs and develop strategic sourcing plans with a focus on sustainability.
• Drive project delivery and ensure all procurement activities align with the company s vision and objectives.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience as a Buyer with strong expertise in procuring goods
• Previous experience in Retail Procurement would be desirable.
• CIPS qualified.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with global colleagues and external suppliers.
• A flexible and agile approach to adapt to changing business needs.
• Understanding of category management principles and project management skills.
