What You Will Do: β Promote quality practices throughout the company by educating and supporting employees while embedding a culture of proactive risk management for quality. β Carry out physical inspections of products during the fabrication process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards. β Review inspection and quality assurance procedures in galvanising and powder coating facilities to maintain consistency and excellence. β Perform chemical process checks within galvanising and powder coating facilities to ensure uniformity and adherence to standards. β Conduct NDT dye penetrant testing on ENI 090 welded fabrications to guarantee the quality and reliability of products. β Always adhere to health, safety, and environmental instructions while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work. What You Will Bring: β Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification and familiarity with inspection tools such as callipers and micrometres. β Proven experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions using methods like 8D, 5Why\βs, and fishbone diagrams. β A solid understanding of quality policies, procedures, and documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. β Ability to efficiently organise workload and communicate effectively, both written and verbally. β Knowledge of technical drawing reading and ISO Internal Auditor training is highly desirable.
