What You Will Do:
• Schedule the supply of materials and components to meet production schedules while maintaining minimum stock levels.
• Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions and take proactive steps to address material shortages.
• Manage day-to-day supplier delivery schedules and ensure timely follow-up actions to minimise risks.
• Utilise IT systems such as Sage and WMS to maintain accurate and up-to-date data while resolving any issues.
• Transfer stock of materials from external warehouses, raise purchase orders, and book them in.
• Create regular statistical reports and analysis to provide insights and updates to the business.
