What You Will Do:

  • Act as the primary engineering contact within agile delivery groups, providing technical leadership and ensuring engineering excellence.
  • Manage the performance of engineering Scrum Masters to facilitate cross-functional issue resolution and ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Define and deliver technical compliance through key performance indicators, proactively addressing risks.
  • Maintain overall integrity and coherence of engineering content, aligning with strategic technical direction.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and functional attribute leaders to steer performance and ensure effective communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing best practices from benchmarking sources and applying Agile methodologies.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in delivering engineering content and technical deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience in business transformation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
