What You Will Do:

  • Handle raw materials and ensure their proper delivery and setup within the production cell.
  • Accurately place cut material shapes into various tools, including preform, moulding, vac form, composite, and steel tooling.
  • Safely load tools, laminates, and preforms into compression presses, ovens, or autoclaves.
  • Finish and assemble composite components with precision and care.
  • Pack and label finished products to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Perform composite material lay-up and operate presses efficiently.
  • Record production data accurately to maintain seamless operations.
