What You Will Do:

  • Create and maintain electrical efficiency requirements that are clear, actionable, and traceable through the product lifecycle.
  • Write and own test cases to validate authored requirements, ensuring they remain accurate as programmes evolve.
  • Act as the primary liaison within EEM, representing the customer perspective across engineering functions and driving shared understanding.
  • Track requirement changes, assess impacts on existing and future vehicle programmes, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Support cross-functional alignment using requirements management tools such as Dassault TRM or IBM DOORS, where relevant.
  • Maintain compliance and consistency of requirements through V-model/system engineering processes.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience writing and managing technical requirements, including maintaining traceability over time.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting requirements to different teams.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering principles and V-model development approaches.
  • Experience using requirements management tools, such as Dassault TRM or IBM DOORS (or an equivalent platform).
  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in an engineering discipline.
