What You Will Do: – Lead and implement paint manufacturing activities ensuring alignment with HSE requirements, customer expectations, and plant objectives. – Coach and develop team leaders to enhance shift efficiency and productivity. – Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize painting processes and performance. – Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) process, including KPIs, procedural reviews, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. – Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional HSE objectives, producing parts that meet customer specifications. – Organize and manage the painting area, promoting high standards of maintenance and cleanliness. **What You Will Bring:** – A degree in Engineering, with a preference for a specialization in Chemical Engineering. – Demonstrated knowledge of quality, and supply chain/flows management best practices. – Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. – A track record of successful team management and development. – Experience in supporting new program development and participating in assessments.
