As a Senior Electronics Engineer you will:
- Lead the APQP/PPAP process for new product introductions, ensuring designs are ready for mass production release, including supplied parts and materials with a bias towards complex electronic products and systems.
- Manage core NPI quality deliverables such as DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans and FAIRs, supporting smooth progression through prototype and pre-production builds (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Represent Quality in NPI project meetings, translating complex quality data into clear actions and next steps for engineering and supply chain teams.
- Drive resolution of NPI quality issues by tracking corrective and preventive actions, and investigate early or NPI market returns to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure PPAP compliance, support audits.
