Week 1 – 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday and week 2 – 2pm-12 midday Monday to Thursday.

What You Will Do:

– Assemble, integrate, and test military vehicles in line with manufacturing instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.

– Conduct basic tests and fault-finding to confirm the integrity of vehicle systems, sub-systems, and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs).

– Interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand requirements and carry out tasks with precision.

– Complete technical reports and assist the Quality department as needed.

– Maintain a safe, efficient, and organised working area, adhering to 5S principles and production schedules.

– Perform crane operations and lifting tasks following safe working practices and instructions.

– Support logistics operations, including the movement, delivery, and inspection of parts and consumables.

What You Will Bring:

– A Level 3 qualification in an engineering or manufacturing discipline, or equivalent experience.

– Proven assembly experience within a mechanical engineering or production environment, ideally in a similar industry.

– Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

– A solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and quality control processes.

– Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
