What You Will Do:
- Inspect vehicle parts to ensure they meet technical drawings and quality standards.
- Use handheld measuring tools, such as verniers and calipers, with accuracy.
- Manage receipt and dispatch of goods, including unloading and booking test parts.
- Liaise with internal teams to communicate the arrival of test parts and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain stock control using company databases and ensure test parts are readily available for use.
- Support health and safety initiatives and work collaboratively to improve efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
- A practical background, ideally with experience in the motor trade, technician roles, or a stores/goods environment.
- A current full UK driving licence and a willingness to learn new skills, such as forklift truck operation.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
