You’ll take ownership of expanding existing accounts and winning new business nationwide, working with well-known brands, organisations, and institutions. If you’re commercially driven, confident on the phone, and motivated by targets and bonuses this role gives you the platform to scale fast.
Key Responsibilities (Business Development & Sales)- Proactively generate new B2B business through cold calling, lead generation, referrals, and networking
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Grow revenue by winning, formalising, and developing commercial accounts
- Deliver against sales targets and growth objectives
- Conduct nationwide customer meetings and site visits
- Develop and implement territory plans
