What You Will Do:

  • Develop and manage the site preparation plan for a new manufacturing facility and equipment installation.
  • Support the development of the product through to SOP, aligning delivery with customer requirements.
  • Deliver the project to agreed timescales and budget targets, keeping milestones on track.
  • Coordinate utilities, infrastructure, and building modifications needed for manufacturing equipment installation.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and equipment suppliers to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Oversee contractors on site and ensure all activities are delivered safely and to specification, including compliance with CDM regulations.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience managing engineering, facilities, or capital projects within a manufacturing setting.
  • Track record of coordinating product launch activities through to SOP.
  • Experience coordinating building modifications, factory relocations, and production line installations.
  • Strong contractor management and project planning skills, with excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including CDM Regulations, and confidence to manage multiple workstreams at pace.
