Multiple Liaison Officers (LO-ISR) are required within the European Union to join an organisation that works with national security partners across the globe and mission zones. The Liaison Officers (LO-ISR) may be involved with airborne ISR, electronic warfare, secure communications, aerial refuelling, special mission aviation, aerial firefighting, and advanced simulations.

Headquartered in the United States, our client has facilities across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and beyond. The client is responsible for developing and delivering Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Special Mobility, fleet maintenance, regulatory compliance, and strategic partnerships to enhance mission effectiveness across operational environments.

The Liaison Officers (LO-ISR) will serve as the primary operational interface between the client, deployed ISR teams, and Leadership, ensuring effective coordination, accurate intelligence product delivery, and consistent situational awareness. The Liaison Officers (LO-ISR) role ensures that ISR data is processed, exploited, and disseminated in accordance with client requirements and internal standards, enabling timely, actionable intelligence delivery.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • PED Management & ISR Data Oversight
  • Interfacing with Sensor Operators and analysts.
  • Lead and coordinate the full Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED).
  • Ensure timely, accurate transformation of ISR sensor data into actionable intelligence.
  • Monitor data feeds and mission outputs to ensure alignment with operational objectives.
  • Conduct quality checks on ISR-derived products prior to client dissemination.
  • Mission Coordination, Real-Time Communications and Client & Stakeholder Liaison.
  • Maintain real-time communication with deployed flight crews, relaying re-tasking.
  • Participate in pre-mission briefings to ensure clarity on tasking, objectives, and reporting.
  • Serve as the operational voice of the client ensuring responsiveness and mission flexibility.
  • Deliver timely post-mission summaries to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare mission-specific reports, key intelligence insights and serve as primary client P.O.C.
  • Document, track, and escalate client feedback to operational teams.
  • Maintain and update client-facing SOPs, operational documentation and reporting templates.
  • Participate in after-action reviews and lessons-learned processes.
  • Represent company interests professionally in all client interactions, managing expectations.
  • Report any breaches, complaints, or discrepancies via correct internal/external channels.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Strong operational understanding of ISR mission structures, PED workflows, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-tempo, client-facing operational environments.
  • Good communication skills, including operational decision-making and coordination.
  • Familiarity with ISR systems, data-handling protocols, and intelligence product formats.
  • Proven ability to manage complex information flows and maintain situational awareness.
  • Experience working remotely with distributed or multinational operational teams.
  • Frequent travel on a Rotational Basis will be required to cover Onsite Duties.

Candidates must already hold EU Confidential Security Clearance and must be an EU National.
