What You Will Do:

  • Lead the design, development, and verification of a real-time, bare‑metal embedded software system written in C / C++.
  • Ensure compliance with DO-178C Level A standards, maintaining rigorous testing and quality assurance.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including hardware, systems, and test engineering, for seamless integration.
  • Report project status to stakeholders and contribute to program reviews.
  • Guide and mentor a team of software engineers to achieve project goals efficiently.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in developing bare‑metal real‑time embedded systems using C / C++.
  • Strong knowledge of DO-178C Level A standards and safety‑critical systems.
  • Demonstrated success leading software teams in high‑reliability domains.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage priorities and liaise with stakeholders.
