What You Will Do:
- Perform end-to-end vehicle validation for connected car services using mobile and smartwatch platforms.
- Prepare and ensure availability of required test resources prior to validation execution.
- Raise and track incident tickets in the incident management system through to closure.
- Assist in triage investigations, identifying impacted areas such as vehicle systems, backend processes, and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support root cause analysis and resolution of issues.
- Follow testing methods and procedures aligned with company specifications and regulatory standards.
What You Will Bring:
- Relevant experience in automotive validation is desirable.
- Practical knowledge of problem-solving tools and techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
