What You Will Do: – Establish and develop relationships with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. – Handle purchase orders meticulously from input to updates, maintaining the order book to support On-Time-In-Full delivery. – Proactively manage customer orders, providing timely updates and resolutions to any issues. – Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring quick and efficient resolution. – Support the External National Account Managers in customer reviews and achieving targets. – Update and maintain internal systems with relevant information to ensure data integrity and team accessibility. – processing orders on the system, checking on customer forecast, stock availability  What You Will Bring: – Proven experience within a B2B environment. – Strong relationship-building skills, with experience in managing customer interactions via phone, email, or face-to-face. – Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines. – Outstanding communication skills at all levels, with good IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office. – Desirable: Knowledge of the UK food industry, experience with SAP, and familiarity with CRM systems. This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between the company and its customers, ensuring the seamless flow of information and maintaining high levels of customer service.
