What You Will Do:
- Support employees with travel visa applications, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain up-to-date employee data, files, and information, including travel documents, right-to-work checks, and driving licence checks.
- Assist with training administration and update training records in line with internal processes.
- Provide support for on-boarding, off-boarding, employee well-being, compensation and benefits, and other HR-related projects.
- Process invoices for the human resources and facilities team efficiently and in line with internal payment processes.
- Help organise staff events and provide administrative support for initiatives such as Learn to Ride and Cycle to Work schemes.
