What You Will Do:

– Ensure the delivery of high-quality systems engineering through integration, verification, and validation processes.

– Create and maintain essential artefacts such as strategies, plans, procedures, compliance matrices, and reports.

– Lead the development of test equipment and fixtures, ensuring lifecycle requirements are met.

– Oversee safety and security aspects of testing environments and facilities.

– Support qualification activities, including in-house and external testing.

– Actively contribute to improving processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.

What You Will Bring:

– Strong knowledge of systems engineering and validation processes across hardware, software, and firmware.

– Experience in designing and delivering specialised test equipment.

– Familiarity with industry standards such as INCOSE and ISO 15288.

– Flexibility to travel within the UK for stakeholder and customer support.

– Eligibility to obtain and maintain DV security clearance.
