Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Human Factors requirements to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Programme, and Commercial teams to shape future vehicle designs.
  • Conduct Human Factors assessments and gateway testing to support issue resolution and ensure timely delivery.
  • Use customer data and Human Factors science to analyse feedback and resolve ergonomic challenges.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively, employing innovative and visual methods to influence project decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed technical decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret technical data and customer feedback for programme discussions.
  • Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, or anthropometrics to inform ergonomic solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., CATIA or 3D Experience) and familiarity with Agile Methodology and JIRA is a plus.
