What You Will Do:

• Lead the development of Human Factors requirements to enhance customer experience.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Programme, and Commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Provide Human Factors input into the development of future vehicles, using innovative and visual communication methods.

• Conduct timely Human Factors assessments and gateway testing to support issue resolution.

• Analyse customer feedback related to ergonomics and use insights to develop requirements and resolve issues effectively.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Anthropometrics, User-Centred Design, Product Design, or a related field, ideally supported by a relevant degree.

• Proven ability to thrive in a demanding environment and make informed technical decisions.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical data and customer feedback for requirement development.

• A solid understanding of human physiology, anatomy or anthropometrics.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• CAD (e.g. CATIA / 3D Experience) and JIRA experience is desirable.

In this role, you will contribute to the company’s vision of delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative vehicle design. By combining your expertise in Human Factors with a passion for problem-solving, you will help shape the future of the automotive industry while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Location:

This role is based in Gaydon, with a minimum requirement of two days on-site per week, depending on business needs.
