  • Establish and oversee health and safety standards to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
  • Manage projects and processes independently, with limited supervision.
  • Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Solve complex and challenging problems with innovative and effective solutions.
