What You Will Do:
- Schedule and coordinate onsite training courses and consultancy services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery according to company targets and SLAs.
- Communicate with clients, account managers, and trainers via email and phone to confirm event details and suitability.
- Manage delegate information and ensure accuracy for all events.
- Troubleshoot onsite issues by liaising with relevant departments.
- Order exams, courseware, and technical resources required for successful event execution.
- Book and liaise with Associate Trainers, ensuring they have all necessary information for upcoming courses.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience of at least one year in a busy office environment.
