Step into a hands-on digital and communications role where you will have real influence on how an automotive business engages the aftermarket. This 12-month fixed-term opportunity puts you at the centre of digital campaigns, content and performance helping drive adoption of digital tools and strengthen brand visibility across Northern Europe.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver digital campaigns that build brand awareness and increase uptake of digital services
- Help shape and execute the Digital & Communications strategy
- Create and coordinate marketing collateral across online and offline channels
- Support trade marketers with delivery of local marketing plans
- Contribute to SEO, SEA and social media activity targeting workshops, distributors and drivers
- Identify and use local digital platforms such as WhatsApp or regional social networks
- Track performance across digital channels and contribute to dashboards and insights
- Support community engagement, helping turn qualified leads into long-term ambassadors
- Create and adapt content for news, events, webinars and digital tools
- Support multi-country newsletters, including editorial calendars, translations and publishing
- Contribute to social media planning and execution, ensuring consistent messaging
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in digital marketing and communications
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Confidence working in a hybrid role within an international, remote team
- Strong written communication and content skills
- Fluent English (German desirable)
You will report into a manager based in the Netherlands and work closely with teams in Germany and the UK. The UK marketing and sales teams are often on client visits or working remotely across Europe, and there may be occasional European travel with this role.
Location: Redditch (Hybrid working typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home, agreed with your manager)
Interested? This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover paying £40,000, with benefits including:
- Standard hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch)
- Defined Contribution pension: 4% employee / 6% employer from commencement
