What will you do as Engineering Manager - Chassis Development Lead a team responsible for the design, development and validation of chassis components and systems across new motorcycle programmes. Manage engineering delivery, ensuring projects meet performance, cost, weight, quality and timing targets. Oversee the development of 3D CAD models and engineering drawings, ensuring robust design standards are maintained. Drive component and system validation activities, including testing, problem solving and failure analysis. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Industrial Design, Product Strategy, Vehicle Dynamics, Manufacturing, Quality and Sourcing. Lead daily engineering activities, prioritise workloads and support multiple concurrent vehicle development projects. What will you have as Engineering Manager - Chassis Development Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience leading engineering teams within automotive, motorcycle, off-highway or similar product development environments. Strong background in the design and development of vehicle chassis, structures, dynamics or related systems. Experience of delivering engineered products from concept through to production.
