This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic EMC Technical Manager to join a leading organisation specialising in the design, specification, test, measurement and distribution of specialist electronic components, property technologies, and connectivity products. This role is offering an opportunity to lead the growth and development of the organisation in shaping the future of EMC and test measurement solutions across the UK and mainland Europe. As EMC Technical Manager you will: Lead the development of the company's test solutions business, enabling prime EMC lab builds, SCIFs, and wider system integration. Manage a range of projects from inception to handover, utilising both internal and third-party resources to deliver solutions that are right the first time. Regularly update Product Management plans for the EMC principals and provide technical support to the sales team. Generate technical blogs and whitepapers in the area of EMC, identifying gaps in the solutions portfolio. Maintain and enhance product/market knowledge, acting as the business lead for the EMC sector.
