What You Will Do:

  • Design and develop LV and HV circuits for agricultural tractors and bespoke systems.
  • Create detailed 2D schematics and harness drawings, supporting 3D CAD routing.
  • Specify electrical components and integrate existing systems, including ECUs, switches, sensors, and lighting.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to manage prototype harness manufacture and oversee routing and build support.
  • Commission and fault-find electrical systems hands-on to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure designs meet cost, timing, quality requirements, and worldwide standards while maintaining accurate BOMs.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in electrical design software such as Zuken or CATIA, alongside AutoCAD.
  • A background in off-highway or agricultural vehicles and expertise in HV and LV electrical architecture.
  • Knowledge of New Product Introduction processes, engineering sign-off, and DVP.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Motivation and willingness to take ownership of the role, contributing to the company’s advanced engineering goals.
