Creative Designer Automotive A Creative Designer is required to join a Warwick based OEM, you will part of a design team who are working on some niche EV's for global market You will join the UK design facility who are undertaking some new vehicle projects and require a Designer on a contract basis (Outside ir35). You'll need to be strong graphically whilst also have having proven skills utilising Blender for development on both exterior and some interior design work As Creative Designer- you will be required to Participate in the design development of niche vehicle programme Utilise design skills for initially exterior and some interior design ideas Demonstrate good sketching ability, forward-looking creative design ideas, strong integration of vehicle and creative design ideas Build the basic volume model by using Blender to guide the work of digital model division Work alongside the digital modelling team in the development of your design project As Creative Designer - you will have Degree qualified and proven industry experience in automotive exterior & interior design Excellent portfolio demonstrating high quality sketching work An established user of Blender Must be versatile in designing all aspects of exteriors & some interiors, including overall vehicle proportion down to small detailing What you will get as Creative Designer A competitive contract rate outside ir35 Working on highly-rewarding projects in a supportive team environment Flexible hybrid working Your CV will be forwarded to Jonathan Lee Recruitment, a leading engineering and manufacturing recruitment consultancy established in 1978.
