- Conduct virtual validation of procedures using CAD tools such as 3DX and Vis Mock Up to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform physical validation of repair processes using prototype and production vehicles to guarantee feasibility and repeatability.
- Identify and communicate repair and serviceability challenges, proposing effective resolutions to stakeholders.
- Investigate and respond to technician feedback submitted through TOPIx, continuously improving content quality and user experience.
What You Will Bring:
