What You Will Do:
- Provide pastoral support, advice, and guidance to a cohort of learners, ensuring their development programme journey is smooth and rewarding.
- Act as the first point of contact for queries, concerns, and advice, supporting Emerging Talent hires, their managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Track and monitor learner progress, initiating early interventions to keep individuals on track.
- Lead monthly at-risk meetings, escalating issues when necessary to ensure learners receive the support they need.
- Assist with onboarding and welcoming new starters, coordinating with training providers and business functions.
- Support annual processes such as Justifying RFS, handling appeals, and collecting information for Rate-for-Stage and Move to Substantive transitions.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in cohort management or a similar role, with a strong ability to provide pastoral support and guidance.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with learners, managers, and stakeholders.
