Are you an experienced Manufacturing Operative looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a leading advanced manufacturing business in Coventry. With over 90 years of innovation and expertise, the company produces lightweight, high-performance composite products used across the defence, aerospace, transport, medical and energy sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and handling raw materials for production
  • Loading materials, tooling and components into specialist machinery
  • Operating presses, ovens and manufacturing equipment
  • Carrying out assembly and finishing work on completed products
  • Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
  • Conducting visual quality inspections and checks
  • Accurately completing production paperwork and records
  • Following health & safety and quality procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in:

  • Manufacturing, production, assembly or factory environments
  • Production line work or machine operation
  • Quality inspection or quality-focused manufacturing roles
