Carban Fibre Laminator 6 Month Contract | Days | £17.00 - £18.00 per hour Coventry  Are you an experienced Carbon Fibre Laminator looking for your next contract opportunity? We are seeking skilled composites professionals to join a leading engineering manufacturer working on high-performance components for the Automotive, Aerospace and Formula 1 / Motorsport sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment producing complex carbon fibre components to exacting industry standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out carbon fibre lay-up using pre-preg and composite materials. Work from engineering drawings, ply books and manufacturing instructions. Perform vacuum bagging, debulking and preparation of tooling and moulds. Support curing processes using ovens and autoclaves. De-mould, trim and inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Carbon Fibre Laminator, Composite Technician or Composite Operative. Strong background working with carbon fibre and advanced composite materials. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Experience within Formula 1, Motorsport, Aerospace, Automotive, Defence or other high-precision manufacturing environments. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
